Russell Pohl Obituary
Russell Albert Pohl, 91, passed away at the Denver Hospice on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Russell was born on March 19, 1925 in Michigan City, Indiana. Russell and his wife, Irma, lived in Sioux Falls most of their lives. They moved to Denver 6 years ago to join their daughter and her family.
Russell is survived by his daughter, Jane Giagni (Pohl), his two granddaughters, Chelsea Giagni and Alexis Worth, and his brother, Jack Pohl.
Please direct memorials to the Prairie Hills Covenant Church, as his church family meant so much to Russ and Irma throughout their lives together.
There will be a viewing Friday, November 11, from 5-7 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, 507 South Main Ave. The memorial service will be held at Prairie Hills Covenant Church, 2500 Powder House Road, on Saturday, November 12 at 11 a.m.
