Tina O'Brien, 43, of Sioux Falls, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Avera McKennan Hospital.
Tina Marie Kosowicz was born May 16, 1972 at Cudahy, WI. On August 2, 1991, she was united in marriage with Michael O'Brien at Augusta, GA. The couple lived in various places in the United States, moving to Sioux Falls 15 years ago.
Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Michael L. O'Brien of Sioux Falls; a son, Timothy O'Brien, also of Sioux Falls; a sister, Karen Kosowicz-Schreihart; her father, Richard Kosowicz; and her mother, June Tercher.
There will be no visitation or memorial services at this time.

You will forever be in heart and not a day has gone by that I have not thought of you. Remember so clearly when you were so tiny, 2 or 3 years old before we officially became family. It's those memories of you playing with your sister and I that put a smile on my face so thank you. Your more than a brother would ever ask for... I love and miss you so much!
