Stephen Bruce Fonda, 89, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025, in Eugene, OR. He is survived by his wife, Aleta; sister, Marilyn Moor; his children, stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

To Chris and Stewart, sorry for the loss of your Father. I have good memories of the year I spent taking care of you two. Steve taught me alot about cooking and taking care of a family. He was patient and you guys were too. Hope you have had good lives. Sounds like Steve had a good long life too. Take care.

I'm so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He was a great inspiration to me when I worked at the law office of Henigson, Stunz, Fonda and Pratt in Nyssa. The school found me a job right away when we first moved here in 1978. I still have an image in my mind of Steve striding down the hall to his office. God Bless you and your family, Aleta.
