John Fromholz Obituary

John H. Fromholz, age 67, died on Monday Nov. 15, 2021 at Regions Hospital, St. Paul, MN.

John was born July 7, 1954, in Ashland, WI, son of Robert and Dorothy Fromholz. He married Jeanne (Pufall) in 1985.

He graduated Ashland High School in 1972 and Northland College in 1976 with a double major in Business Administration and Economics. WITI Ashland - Quantity Foods Preparation 1984 and Truck Driving School 1988.

In Ashland he worked at his dad's Texaco Gas Station and was a Merchant Marine on the Great Lakes. In Minnesota he worked as a Chef, Restaurant and Beverage Manager and Truck Driver until he retired from Sysco MN after 26 years in 2016.

Survived by wife Jeanne (Minnesota), son Mark (Megan) Virginia, daughter Shelby (Casey) Minnesota. Sisters Susan (Michael) Mahoney Pennsylvania, Jean (Eugene) Ronning Wisconsin. Nieces and nephews Shana (Andreas), Aaron, Robert (Diane), Michael (Julie), Jason (Bryanna) and Jen (Andy).

Preceded in death by his parents and sister Kathryn.

Celebration of Life Sunday, August 14, 2022, 3:00-5:00 PM at The Neighborly Bar, 1301 Main Street W., Ashland, WI.

Graveside service Monday, August 15, 2022, 10:00 AM at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1520 Sanborn Ave., Ashland, WI.
