Family: Cherished daughter of Jeffrey Francis Kelly, Sr. and Kristen Kelly (nee Kane); beloved granddaughter of Lorraine B. Kelly (nee McDade) and the late Joseph F. Kelly, Frank X. Kane, Jr. and Christine Kane (nee Guest); loving sister of Brooke Catherine and Jeffrey Frances Kelly, Jr. Addison is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Viewing: 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, February 18 at the Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, 610-449-0300.
Funeral Mass: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church, Manoa and Shelbourne roads, Havertown, PA 19083.
Interment: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

Kristen, when you told me yesterday of your loss, (while you were waiting on me at SuperFresh), I haven't been able to stop thinking of you and your family and how hard it must be for you. You told me to go up and look at her picture, I did, my heart broke for you...Addie was such a beautiful little girl. Anyway, with her anniversary approaching, please accept my sincere condolences on your tragic loss. Such a sweet angel.
