Marilyn was not only my mother in law, but a true friend. We could and would talk on the phone for hours and I will miss her deeply. I called her often. Usually when I had something funny to share about the kids or when I needed to vent or just when I was lonely. Her spirit was infectious and she made me feel good about myself and never failed to make me laugh. Marilyn had so much love to give and I am blessed to have been one of the people she gave that love to. I loved her very much and I will make sure that she is remembered in my home. She went too soon.

This diffult and challenging world we live in just became a little less gental with the passing of this wonder lady. She was loved by everyone she touched and will be greatly missed. If I only had a time machine to go back to this weekend so Michelle, the boys and I could have said goodbye. Mom, I am sorry.
I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank all of mom's friends for the love and support that has been provided to our family during this very difficult time.
A special thank you to all of our co-workers (family) at Methodist Medical Center. Michelle and I are so lucky and greatful to have you guys in our lives.
To dad, we love you very much.
Your loving son
              Doug

We are deeply saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing. She was a valued co-worker and more importantly a good friend. We always looked forward to seeing her when we visited Peoria. She always had a good word and a cheerful attitude regardless of how she was feeling physically. She will be missed.
