Celebration of Life for Deacon Arthur C. (Bubba) Reid, Sr., AKA "The Major," with the Fulton County Sheriff Department, from the Edgewood Community will be held Friday, May 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Travelers Rest Baptist Church, The House of Hope, 4650 Flat Shoals Pkwy., Decatur, GA 30034. Dr. E. Dewey Smith, Jr., Pastor officiating. Remains will be placed in state an hour before service. Interment, South-View Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories eight children, one sister, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. A viewing will be held today 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM in our chapel. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 10:00 AM the day of service.
