Renee and fellows: I have been missing Asa for several years. I have just learned that I will continue to miss him for the rest of my life. Like so many others, I have my Asa stories. And, I suppose, also like so many others, I have my Asa theories. If all of you, any of you, find yourselves in the NY/PA/NJ/CT/MA area, I hope you will reach out to me at [email protected]. Asa and I did a lot of good work together. I would like to offer my support in any way that I can. Frank Salerno

Dear Renee:

I just heard the very sad news and wanted to let you know I was thinking about you. My heart goes out to you and the boys. I know we have been out of touch for a bit and I am hoping when you are up to it we can reconnect. I am still at the bank, and listed in the phone book. Please call.

Dear Mrs. Adler and Family:

I worked with Asa for a brief period of time at Financial Freedom and always enjoyed his company. My fondest memory of Asa will always be, however, that when I needed a job last year, Asa was there to help. He opened up his rolodex and went to work on my behalf. He had an incredible network of contacts who were all his friends.

I want you to know how much I appreciate what he did for me and how much I am saddened by your loss.

Dear Renee, Brice and Cole:

Please know that the thoughts and prayers of many. many friends are with you at this sad time.

The world has lost a very special person. I worked with Asa in Florida and then had the privilege of working for him here in Charlotte. I've always credited Asa with helping me get my career back on track. I remember our "coffee conversations" most every morning as the workday started. I will always be indebted to him.

Dee and I wish you and the boys the comfort of God, Family and Friends. We will miss him...we are thinking of you.

A Special Prayer for our ASA....

We thank you God for the world you have given us.

You have filled the world with beauty for our eyes,
With music and laughter for our ears,
With soft things for us to touch,
With fragrances for us to inhale,
With fine foods to sustain and delight us.

As we enjoy these blessings, which You have granted,
May we too, bring blessings into the lives of others.

It is with our taking the time to note the eternal blessings of our
lives that we remember ASA.
We thank you God for the example of
his life, and for the cherished memories and undying inspiration
ASA leaves behind.

And to this prayer, let us say Amen.

To the entire Adler Family,
Most of my memories of Asa are from Davis Islands in Tampa, FL. As we ran into each other periodically here in Atlanta, he still carried on his boisterous personality and genuine smile from his childhood. My prayers are for you in this difficult time.

Dear Renee,

While it has been a number of years since we socialized in Stamford, Mindy and I remember our first dinner well. Asa had a spirit that brought a smile or humor to any situation. Our condolences for your loss.

Renee I know you lost your best friend. Asa was still so young and full of life. It's not fair. Death is an enemy. God through Jesus will rid the earth of this enemy death. All those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus' voice and be resurrected back to life on earth free from crime, violence and disease. (John 5:28,29), (Rev 21:4). Oh what a happy time that will be. Until then, Asa will be missed.

Dear Renee, Brice and Cole, We knew your parents as they began their lives as a newly married couple. Asa was and will always be the best and most fun boss I will ever know. He always made us laugh and yet he taught me so much. I'll never forget when he rewarded me for my good performance by sending me to his one week class of leadership training - 12 hr days of hard work- That was Asa, your Dad... one of the best in my Lifetime... more stories to come.
Love to all, Eddie and Hilda Salerno
