My thoughts and prayers for the family. She was such an important part of my family since I was 5 years old. Such a loving lady!!! So proud to call her my second Momma. She is at peace with her Lord and Savior. May God Bless!!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, but knowing that she is with the LORD, eases the sadness. She will be greatly missed by many. Remembering the good ole days of St. John and the many visits to her home. What a powerful woman of GOD!

What a powerfully anointed Woman of God. I remember back in the day when she and Mother Phillips used to lead praise and worship in the United Churches of God in Christ Convocation. It would be on fire from start to end and set the pace for the rest of the service. I also remember late night services seeing them in action praying and casting out demons. She will truly be missed but know that she is in heaven rejoicing and if we want to see her again, we must also live the same typed, sanctified lifestyle as she did. I love this family, be blessed. I wish to express the condolences of my family and myself to the family of Evg. Barbara Mitchell. She was a highly blessed and favored servant of God. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, who shared her love for family and brought great joy to all that knew her. She will be missed on this Earth. She is in Beauty of the Lord now and her soul is at peace. We pray for the blessings of the Lord to be upon her family as we all say farewell.
