When I heard of the demise of Andrew, I was hurt and saddened in quite a few ways. I still had in my possession a letter I'd written to him about 1 1/2 mos. ago and never mailed. I wanted to thank him for something he'd done for me years ago that he didn't know about. I thought he might appreciate knowing. That hurts just as much. My mind goes back to when I knew him as Andrew and I played with him and his sisters on Keech Street. That. the fact that God has him, and special prayers for Betty and her strength to be able to go through all that has been laid before her is an inspiration. My deepest condolences to the family and all who are mourning this great loss.

We were freshman at Morehouse together!!! What I remember most about Beauregard was his courage and his determination to speak his mind. The first time he opened his mouth to speak in Freshman assembly, is when I realized I had to take notice of him.

I first met Beau when we were freshmen at Morehouse in 1962. He was an exemplary fellow. In recent years he initiated an email list-serv to help class members stay in touch. Sincere condolences to the family. May brother Beau rest in peace.

I entered Morehouse in 1963, and left after 1 1/2 semesters. During that short time Beau stood out among the talented pool of M'House men. He made an indelible mark at Dear M'House and on earth that cannot be erased. RIP our brother. Earth's loss is Heaven's gain.

Beau was a good man in every aspect of his life! He cared, he helped where he could and he made a significant and positive difference in the lives of so many people, young and mature alike.
Somewhere in heaven, the Angels are beginning to learn about the intricacies and charm of the game of Chess. Beau, the newest Chess Master, will help them for an eternity!
We were honored to be his friends. We will remember with fondness the good times and positive impact he had on our lives. We loved him and will miss him greatly.

I have known Beau since 1963 when I was a freshman at Morehouse. Beau has always been a shining example of what a true Morehouse man should be. Beau's warmth, caring , and intellect
always stood out among his peers. We have a group of over 1000 Morehouse men who count Beau as one of the most devoted of our members. Rest in peace Beau.

I worked with Beau for several years at American Express Travel; I remember seeing him laying out maps on his desk; he was planning where he would be riding his bike which he did often; years later I worked with Beau again, this time at Bell South; he was on the DBA (database analyst) team and I was on the systems team. Beau was always very friendly with a big smile on his face as is shown here in his picture. I considered Beau to be a friend.
