Bobby Leverette Obituary
Mr. Bobby Joe Leverette age 75, of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital.
Bobby Joe was born on December 3, 1945 in Griffin, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Turner Leverette and Annie Lenora Whittle O'Neal. Bobby Joe served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy. He was retired from Piedmont Airlines / US Airways and was currently employed as a school bus driver for the Griffin Spalding County School System. He was an avid deer hunter, and was a very loving and personable person.
Bobby Joe is survived by his wife, Jean Owen Leverette; son, Darren Leverette; grandchildren, Sofia Leverette, Kaleb Borden; sister, Teresa Morgan; six sister in laws; five brother in laws; two aunts; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, 1891 W. McIntosh Rd., Griffin, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
