I truly miss Carl's genuine smile and his easy going spirit. I considered him as a little brother and loved him as a brother. We would always share pleasant thoughts and exchange compliments. A great person that I truly miss!

Mr. Carl, as we affectionatlly called him at Cedar Grove Middle School, I will miss your cheerful greetings every morning, and our conversations. I am grateful to have had the pleasure to be in the presence of such a great man. Thank you for your support and concern. Miss you, and I will never forget your advice.
