Family-Placed Death Notice
KRAMB, Charles CHARLES JOSEPH KRAMB Charles Joseph Kramb, 77 of Marietta died Tuesday, June 30, 2009. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta with the Rev. John Walsh officiating. The burial will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta with military honors. Mr. Kramb was born in Detroit, Michigan and lived in Marietta since 1983. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict as a Sergeant. Mr. Kramb was owner operator of the Material Building Specialties in Marietta. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member since 1995 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Josephine M. Kramb of Marietta; four daughters, Anne Marie Ziem & husband, William of Milford, MI; Dr. Margaret Mary Nichols & her husband, Ronnie of Macon; Barbara Anne Cantrell & husband, Alan of Marietta; Susan Marie Baxter & her husband, Timothy of Acworth; three sons, Philip J. Kramb & his wife, Kelly of Marietta; Paul C. Kramb & his wife, Jeanie of Dacula; Patrick J. Kramb & his wife, Jean of Canton; brother, James W. Kramb of Milford, MI; 24 grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Kramb to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Christian Children's Fund. Family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Friday & Saturday and from 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Sunday with a Rosary at 5:00 p.m. at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home & Crematory in Marietta. www.mayeswarddobbins.com
