Chloe BURRELL

BURRELL, Chloe W. Mrs. Chloe W. Burell age 94, of Atlanta, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, October 22nd at Mt. Paran Church of God-Central Sanctuary with Dr.'s David Cooper, Kent Hawkins and Jeff Burrell officiating. The body will lie in state from 1 to 2 PM Saturday, at the church. Interment will be in Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs. A lifelong resident of the Atlanta area, Mrs. Burell was a graduate of Milton High School and was one of the Initial Atlanta Police School Patrol. She was employed by Sears as a salesperson and later retired from Mt. Paran Church of God as the receptionist. Her primary role in life was matriarch of her family, never retiring from that position. She was preceded in death by her husband of 74 years Dr. Arvel Burell, daughter, Faith Pearson, brothers, Calvin & Clark Weatherford and sister, Cleva Reagan. Surviving are: Son-William A. (Karol) Burell of Powder Springs, Son-in-law-Steven Wayne Pearson of Kennesaw, 5 Grandchildren-William A. Burell, Jr. of Dallas, Heather B. Kirby of Powder Springs, Bonnie Leigh Bradberry of Smyrna, Stephen Skyler Pearson of Panama City, FL, William Trent Pearson of Kennesaw, 8 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
