Clark Turner Obituary


Family-Placed Death Notice

Mr. Clark Turner, age 82, of Marble Hill, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, the body remains at Roper Funeral Home with visitation to begin Wednesday, October 25, 2006 after 5:00 PM here at Roper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Friday, October 27, 2006 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with the interment to follow in the Big Canoe Cemetery, with Rev. Lynn Jennings, officiating. Mr. Turner is survived by his wife, Selma Turner of the home; sons, Jerry Turner of Dawsonville, Jeff Turner of Big Canoe, Joe Tuner of Cartersville, GA and Jim Turner of Fayetteville, GA. Mr. Turner was a Deacon at Corinth Baptist Church, a member of Alpharetta Masonic Lodge, was a Volunteer Fireman with Alpharetta Fire Dept. for over 20 years, and the owner of the Alpharetta Builders Supply and Associated Concrete Products and Supply in Ball Ground, GA. Roper Funeral Home of Jasper was in charge of the arrangements. 706-253-2454.

I have some very fond memories of Uncle Clark. I hope the whole family knows you are in my prayers and in my heart. Joe, Jerry & Jim are my cousins and I really love you all dearly. Your daddy was such a good man with a loving heart. May God bless & keep you all in his care.
