I watched Dariel on BET's Keyshia Cole, Neffe & Frankie show he was so amazing and gorgeous also an inspiration to all of us. I admire what he did in life he also spent time with my cousins whom were close with him as a stylist. He will truely be missed I didn't know him personally but I can tell he was an amazing person. God Bless you Dariel and family may he rest in piece.

Dariel I was just thinking of you and just want you to know that we love you and miss you. I just permed my hair and did a rollerset...I truly hope it turns out great. You just gave women that extra push to make us feel great about ourselves and to always keep it hot and on point. R.I.P my brother!!

I did not know you i saw your face on a book cover yesterday and something about you caught my attention so I ask a friend about you she said that she new you and that you was a very sweet and careing person so I looked you up on the internet I dont know what it was about you but iI feel like I did know you I wish i new you for whatever reason you have been on my mind you are still touching people even the ones that dont know you.R.I.P God is love and so were you.

Wow.. I remember the day that I heard about it, I was surfing the web and ran acrossed the article. I was shocked! I read it over and over and stared at his picture trying to put this all in reality. This gentleman made me want to take care of my hair and look beautiful...dealing w/ MS and Lupus at 36, u forget what appearance means. I pray that his soul RIP. He was truly MEEK and HUMBLE. He will surely never be forgotten. My prayers to the family and friends.

I spoke with Dariel several times on twitter and was quite astonished that he answered me back. But that was just the type of guy he was. He was even interested in my blood disease which is lupus. I often joked that I could not afford his services and he told me to get with him and no worries. I knew he was popular but never knew of the fan base he had. He was always so sweet! I'm so sad. I've thought of him every day. Just want his family to know that he was and still is deeeeeply loved! I miss him so much!

I did not know Dariel personally, but something about his passing has truly touched me. He seemed to have a beautiful personality from what I saw on YouTube and his television appearances. He was beautiful both inside and out! My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Dariel is truly in a better place....

I remember when I first met Dariel at the Style Awards a few years ago. He whipped his hair around and we laughed! We found out we shared the same birthday, Gemini Twins. He did my hair, he beat my face all the while laughing and smiling and singing! He was such a sweetheart, we can say we know an angel RIP love, I will always remember you in my heart.
