SCOTT, Demetrius The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Demetrius "Meathead" Scott will be Friday, March 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Elizabeth's Chapel, Dawson Mortuary, 3000 M. L. King, Jr. Drive, SW. Interment, Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Decatur. He is survived by his mother, Ms. Angela Scott and a host of other relatives and friends. Alfonso Dawson Mortuary, Inc. 404-691-3810.

It was a true pleasure to have been your big sister for 20 years. You taught me as I taught you. I learned from you as you learned from me. I have a hole in my heart from loosing you. Where do i start. Im the oldest grandchild so i wasnt expecting this for my younger cousin at all. I use to take him to elementary and high school.so many memories all the food we ate all the girls we chased. Snapping on each other jokes on jokes. We use wear each others clothes he was more like a brother. Im going to remember his smile and good heart the most . Scotts for life meat.

I don't even know where to start! I still am in disbelief that Demetrius is no longer here. To the Scott family I will always be here whenever I can to be a helping hand! To Ms. Scott I know this won't be an easy road to travel just know that GOD has kept you this long& will continue to watch over you and Quintin! Demetrius was a friend to many... so as we may ALL weep we also having plenty of joyful memories we all shared with him. May God bless the family for you all now have a personal guardian angel!
