Dewey Maximo "Max" Langston, age 88, a retired President and CEO of Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., of Bainbridge, Inc. died Thursday, September 16, 2004 at his residence in Bainbridge, GA. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 19, 2004 at First United Methodist Church in Bainbridge, GA with burial at Oak City Cemtery in Bainbridge, GA. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, September 18, 2004 at Ivey Funeral Home. Online visitors may sign the guest registery at www.iveyfuneral.com. I just wanted you to know how sorry that we are. Uncle Max was a kind and generous person that was a blessing to many peoples lives. He definitely followed Jesus' example and lived his live accordling. We can gather peace to know that he went on to be with the savior. The one that has lead him for some many years. You will be missed greatly.
