Dear Carolyn and boys
When I saw "Mr. Barlow's" obituary recently it brought back long ago memories of my first job when I worked for him as a secretary in the 1950's. He was such a great boss! I had just finished business school and continued working for him until I got pregnant with my first child who is now 55. I'll never forget Mr. B's comment when he said it was time for me to leave since "you're having to ride the typewriter sidesaddle". When I finally went back to work for someone else after having 3 children, I was rudely surprised to find that all bosses were not as great as "Mr. Barlow". He was a wonderful part of my life and a caring and considerate person. He always spoke with love and pride of his Carolyn, David and Doug.
