The world lost a great soul with Eric's passing, If the fates cut the skein of thread of each of our lives , they made his far to short. He was the rarest of all son's, he was my friend. I am not a religious man, but I don't believe This death was the end for such a man as he . I will see you again son, if I have to walk a million life times I promise we will meet again.

Hola, Amigo.
We talked about you at Finnegan's last night. I apologize for not being at your funeral, I think I would have enjoyed it. In fact, i'm pretty sure I would. I'm slow and dumb like that sometimes and have to be reminded, so I ask you to forgive me. I wish you were still here so I could hug you and say goodbye...

I knew Eric, he was my husbands best friend. He will be greatly missed. His passing makes the world a much poorer place.

Eric and I worked together on a webcomic back in the earlier years of the 00's that lasted several years. He was a talented and humorous writer that entertained thousands of fans weekly, if not daily. I'm sincerely glad to have worked with him and that he was able to share pieces of himself with so many people around the world and, especially, share it with his friends, family, and loved ones. My sincerest condolences to everyone who endures his loss and I wish comfort and care to his family and close ones.

Rest in peace, Eric. May the Force be with you, always.

I didn't know Eric very well, but back when I was in high school I remember reading his webcomics that he made with Omi several times over. His writing astounded me, and his jokes made me crack up. Last year at either HAASmas or Thanksgiving was the first time I had actually seen him in person instead of as his online persona, Jawaboy. I remember this moment where he was sitting by himself on one of the Nuckel's couches. I always figured I would eventually become friends with all the people who are friends of my friends as time went by, when friends had time to make introductions, so I didn't say anything to him. I wish that I had told him that his jokes made high school easier to deal with. Over the years I've forwarded his comics to a number of friends, and I can say without doubt that he influenced the lives of many people who were strangers to him for the better with his sense of humor. My condolences go out to his family and his friends.
