I had the pleasure and honor to have Evelyn in my life for a short while. I was sadden beyond belief when I heard of her passing. She was a true friend to my dearest Bernice Jackson and the most fun to be around. I will miss her humor and her take on the world and people around her. My deepest condolence and prayer to her family.

FATHER of mercy, my best friend Evelyn died on Monday, Thank you for placing her into my life. For 30 years she was my MOM, SISTER, CO-WORKER and my BEST FRIEND. Lord comfort those who are grieving, fill them with the knowledge that you are grieving with them and will carry them though this difficult time.Father thank You for understanding that although we beleive in eternal life, it still hurt's so much to lose someone we love, and I recognize that every life we lose is a gift to be treasure.
I will always love and miss you my friend , I can hear you now singing in that golden band in heaven.
