Ellen and family,
We're so very sorry to hear this news. Ev was a great neighbor, and we'll miss him too. I recall our last visit, him sitting in the yard as I walked our dogs, and he always kept such a positive attitude. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Ellen,
I also sorry to hear of Ev's passing. Recently, I was looking at
family CD's and saw you and Ev dancing at our daughter's
wedding 23 years ago. So many memories from our years
at St.Jude involve you and Ev.
I know that you will miss him terribly.
God bless.

Ev, I'll miss you. Ten years together in ESL, you leading, Diane with Beatriz among the students and helping with the sandwiches. Memorable times. Solidly Catholic, attentive to the needs of those on the margins, a Patriot, suffered quietly, prayed, and with dignity passed. Say hello to Liz for me. Bill

Ev was a great man, son, brother, father, husband, friend, neighbor, and American! Although these accolades should be sufficient, his greatest accomplishment is his devotion to his Lord and Saviour, Jesus The Christ! He walked the talk. He was dedicated to those less fortunate than he.
My husband, David, Ev's brother, and I already miss him desperately. Although in different states, Ev and David would watch any Florida Gator game together while on the phone! Yes, he is and will be missed in our home.
Rest in God's Peace, dear brother-in-law.

Such a great man - I always enjoyed talking to him, hearing his love of the Florida Gators and travel. I am sure he is watching over all of you still as your guardian angel. Love and prayers for the family!
