Frances and I worked together for many years at Georgia Legal. She was truly what a friend should be. She was a very kind and caring person. I am sorry that I didn't know of her passing until today. Because of Francis' faith, I know she is with the Lord and I will cherish memories of our friendship until I see her again!

To Gary, Crystal, Lisa and all the family, especially Frances' cherished grands, I know how much you will miss her. Frances was not only a great secretary and helped me and my best fried Kay Young do good work, but she also helped me to pay attention to what was most important in life - the people we love. Goodbye, Frances, and we will all remember you.

I worked with Frances at GA Legal Services Program for a number of years. She was a good secretary and friend. I always enjoyed talking to her. She made the best coffee in the office. I will always cherish her memory. I didn't get to tell her that I have have also retired. The family has my heart felt condolences.
