Frances Jones Obituary
Frances Peterson Jones was born June 29, 1934.
Frances taught in the Atlanta Public Schools System for 47 years.
Having given her all to her family, church, and community, Frances stepped into eternity just before dawn on September 29, 2025. She has joined her parents, six siblings, and granddaughter, Kimberly Patrick.
Left to celebrate her homegoing: husband of 66 years, Bobby, son, Yergan (Cheryl), daughter,, Yunice (Paul), grandchildren, Noelle, Yergan Jr., Joshua, James, and Joel, great-grandson, Ace Jones, sister, Sherry (Jonnie) Keith, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cascade United Methodist Church - Spelman College Alumnae Scholarship.
