Frederick J. "Fred" Hatterick

Frederick J. "Fred" Hatterick, 88, of Marietta died on Monday, the 19th of November 2018. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son on the late Mary Gatwood Hatterick and Frederick J. Hatterick, Sr. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Reserve serving in the Korean Conflict. Fred attended Miami University and Georgia State University. He was the former President and CEO of Beck Atlanta, INC. Fred was a member of The Church of the Apostles, Atlanta Advertising Club, Atlanta Rotary, International Photo Plate Makers Association, Lakeside Country Club, Pinetree Country Club, and Waterfall Country Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Kay Hatterick. Surviving are his beloved wife, Doris Hamlet Hatterick; son, Phillip Kent Hatterick; and children, Brian J. Hatterick, Zachary M. Hatterick, Hannah L. Hatterick, Wendie N. Kerin; Great granddaughter, Katelyn G. Kerin; and brother, G. Richard Hatterick. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, the 26th of November at 11 o'clock at H.M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel. Interment Arlington Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 until 7 o'clock and will host a reception following the service Monday at H.M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Road, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
