Geneva Shelton Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
Geneva P. Shelton, 84, of East Point, affectionately known in her neighborhood as the "Rose Lady", for her beautiful roses, went to be with the Lord May 1, 2004. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margene and Cameron Sutherland, Sr. of East Point; grandson, Cam Sutherland, Jr., and his wife Debbie and two great grandsons, Chase and Carson Sutherland of Alpharetta; two sisters, Annie Alexander of East Point and Hazel Etris of Lilburn; one brother, John Picklesimer of Griffin; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Tuesday, May 4, 2004 in the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will be 5-7 P.M. Monday May 3, 2004 and Tuesday May 4, 2004 from 12 until the service. Carmichael-Hemperley East Point. 404-761-1138
