The thing I remember about Aunt Dot is she was fiesty, she was a get her done kind of woman and she cared a great deal for her whole family. She wanted the best for each of them. I am eternally grateful for the assitance she gave my dad in finding a home for us when we moved back to GA. A lot of good memories were created in that home. I also have great memories from the times we got together at their homes. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Uncle George is his smile, even just thinking about it makes me smile. He had a great sense of humor, was kind and gentle and had the patience of a saint.. I know that they touched many lives while they were here and that Heaven rejoiced when they came home. The last thing I would say is if you look at their kids and the way they treat family it is a clear indication of the honarable and loving people Aunt Dot and Uncle George were. I praise God for giving me the privilege of having each and every one of them in my life!

George was one my first and one of my favorite dental patients. He followed me from an associateship in Gainesville to the Cumming practice. Always a delight to see, he came in smiling and easy to talk with. For years, we greeted each other at the 8:45 service at CFUMC where he sat with Ms. Nicky several rows in front of my family. I will miss them, and my thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
