Although it's been 12 years since Gloria's passing, I find I think of her often. I treasure the times we were together and just wish they had been more frequent. She was a lovely woman who was loved by all who knew her. Betty Gail (Sewell) Lancaster

My heart goes out to all of you. Gloria's leaving seemed so sudden, one could hardly take in the idea of her illness and then she was gone. Although I didn't see her often enough, I so enjoyed her frequent telephone calls full of her fun activities, news of the extended family, reminisces of childhood days in Temple, etc. As one ages, it is so nice to have someone who has similar memories of events and people. One initially depends on parents to provide this connection, but when they have passed one finds it gets harder to connect with someone who enjoys talking about the dear people and places that once were but now are not. I shall miss her immensely.
