SHULMAN, Ira Ira "Louis" Shulman, age 68 of Peachtree Corners, GA passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014. He was a charter member of Johns Creek Presbyterian Church, Ham Radio Operator (KJ4DRW) and a past graduate of Beulah Heights College. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Johns Creek Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. C. Gray Norsworthy officiating. Burial will take place at 12:00 PM on Monday, July 7, 2014 at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, July 5, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Crowell Brothers Funeral Home. Louis is preceded in death by his son Jeff Shulman. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Helen Weller-Shulman; daughters, Tamara Young (Richard) of Waycross, GA, Christy Young (Don) of Waycross, GA, Lee Weller of Lawrenceville, GA and Lynne Andrews of Cumming, GA; Daughter-in-law, Angela Shulman of Waycross, GA; 8 grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his family and volunteering at his church working the sound system. In addition to wood working, he was an active member of the Ham Radio Operator community. Louis is a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
