James Scarbrough Obituary

SCARBROUGH, III, James James B. Scarbrough III, age 58, passed away at home. Born March 22, 1956 to James B. Scarbrough Jr. & Jean Yancey Scarbrough, Beau grew up in Birmingham and was a resident of Atlanta for the last 30 yrs. He is survived by sister, Beth S. Schoppert (Bill) of Birmingham; niece, Yancey S. Henry (Lew) of Atlanta; nephew, Logan Schoppert Jr. of Tuscaloosa; and great nieces, Kayte and Mary Emerson Henry of Atlanta. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sat., Aug. 23 at Christ Episcopal Church, 400 Holcomb Bridge Rd., Norcross, GA 30071. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Beau's honor to Atlanta Humane Society, 981 Howell Mill Rd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.

Beau was a great friend and so lively and humorous! He always made me laugh. I will never forget his smile and his laugh that were both so contagious. I will miss him immensely and never forget his impact on my life and those of his friends. Rest in peace my friend
