Jerry Swafford Obituary
Jerry Swofford, 61, of Augusta, GA, passed away on October 17, 2025.
Jerry was born in Decatur, GA, but resided in Savannah for many years before recently coming to Augusta. Jerry was an animal lover, especially cats. He also enjoyed watching sports. Jerry will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother; his sister; as well as many other extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home. A Funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park, 2601 Wheeler Rd., Augusta, GA 30904.

Jerry always made me smile. He always seemed happy and always welcomed me with a smile and wave and even a hug from time to time. I will miss seeing him.
