Family-Placed Death Notice
WARD, Kaylen Kaylen D. Ward, 21, of Atlanta, GA, passed on January 25, 2011 Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 1:30 PM. from Pollard Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Karland D. Stokes. fficiating. Interment Lincoln Cemetery. He is survived by his loving parents, Chris and Karen Spain; brothers Andre and Christopher Spain, grandparents Doris T. Roberson and Greg and Annie Reid. a host of aunts uncles cousins, a loving and dear friend David Lay. God mother, Chystia D. Stokes; and a holst of other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held today from 10am - 9pm from our chapel, family & friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home the day of service at 1:15 PM. Pollard Funeral Home Inc. . 404-688-7073.

Oh Kaylen, not a day goes by that I don't miss you!! I know that you are gone but I still feel you near me. Like always, we are like two peas in a pod!! I know that God always has a plan, but I still can't help but ask why you? I miss you so much!!! I wish that I could talk to you, see you and give a big "hug -it and kiss- it!!!!" I know that you are in a better place!!! Who knows how life would have been if you had not passed and had to recover but I wish that I would have had the chance to find out!! I MISS YOU!!!

The lose of a child is one hard thing to take. I did not think that I would make it but I have. I know that you are in Heaven with your Granny, looking down on me and smiling. It has been 10 months now since Kaylen died and it hasn't gotten any easier. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about Kaylen. A mother should not out - live her child. This is, by far, the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. Please continue to pray for ME and my family. RIP MY BABY KAYLEN!!!!! Love always and forever!!!! Mama
