Shepherd Dr., Decatur, GA. Interment: Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Viewing: Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 4 PM to 6 PM, at Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel. Services Entrusted to Willie A. Watkins Riverdale Chapel, Riverdale, GA.
