Tim! I had not heard anything about your mother's passing. In fact, just yesterday when looking at some treasured photos, I saw a picture of you at the lake and thought of you and your mom. I hope you and yours are fine and that your mother's passing was gentle -- for her and for you, too. I think of all of our parents' crowd now on a perpetual boat ride ... all laughing and enjoying being together again. Love, Judy

Judy Crawford - Gavrin
November 8, 2004
Dear Braggs,
I only just heard from Uncle Paul and Aunt Jean Crawford about uour mother's death. I am so sorry for your loss, but knew she'd been "hanging on" for a long time. Now she's back where she belongs with your dad, and my parents. Bet they're having a laugh and a bourbon! and talking about going fishing. Seems like yesterday I was being hauled up to your dad's office to get my teeth drilled or to have Ludie clean them. Your dad was always so father-like to me; I wan't scared b/c he was so sweet to me ... as was Ludie and your mom. Later years when we were all kids at the Lake -- what fun we had riding down that old wire "pully swing" and splashing into your cove. Or, we'd be over at my dock getting ready to waterski behind Daddy's "Celindy." Tim, just last week I sold the last of our lake property. It was sad, but it was time. Byebye good old frind, Lake Lanier. Your daddy found that property on Trudy Circle for us ... how many years ago was that? Seems like a kazillion yet it seems like yesterday. Golden memories is what all the above are/is, memory treasures. Again, I send my deepest sympathies and regret not being at your mother's funeral, but I didn't find out about it until the funeral was over. Just know my heart is with you, and you're all in my prayers. Love, Judy
