Dear Pruitt Family --
I spent 34+ years in the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and supervised many of the undercover agents that worked with Mike while he was wearing a GBI badge. My wife is a former Narcotics Agent in the GBI and worked on the same squad as Mike. On behalf of our family we would like to tell you how sorry we were to hear of Mike's passing. He was a well liked and respected "Narc" and law enforcement officer that will be missed by many people. I wanted to thank you and the family for always being there for Mike while he was on the job because doing the work he has done requires a very loving spouse and family to understand how difficult the work can tend to be. If we can help the family in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is good for us to know that Mike is no longer in any pain and that we will see him again one day.
God Bless the Pruitt Family.

I am real sorry to hear about Mike. I will always remember the first time Mike rode with me when I was with Fayette County S/O and we got into a car chase. He was a great person and a great law enforcement officer. May the Lord ease the pain to the ones left here that loved him. We all have no doubt that he is with Jesus awaiting his family to be with him.
