Family-Placed Death Notice
JENEFF, Mildred 'Dolly' Surrounded by her loving family, Mildred "Dolly" Jeneff, 97, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rose and Harry Kantor; husband of 67 years, Herman Jeneff; brother, Leon Kantor; and beloved son, Ronald Jeneff, of blessed memory. Dolly possessed a kind and generous spirit and lived a full and vibrant life as a friend to all. Born and raised in Clarksdale, MS, she had various careers as a real estate agent and apartment manager. One of her passions was music and until recently she could be heard playing piano as she volunteered weekly for residents of the Jewish Home. She will always be remembered as a loving person who put others first. Her family was the most important thing to her and were always the richer for having her. She leaves behind sons and daughter-in-laws: Joy Jeneff of Cumming, Martin (Karen) Jeneff of Marietta, and Tom (Harriet) Jeneff of Roswell; grandchildren, Ross (Lori) Jeneff of Johns Creek, and Brittany Jeneff, of Dallas, GA; great-granddaughter, Rachel Jeneff of Johns Creek; brother, Phillip (Jacque) Kantor of Memphis, TN; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
