I am the Grants Accountant at Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC. We have a grant from the Office of Naval Research. Nancy was my point of contact with the ONR. I never had the privilege of meeting Nancy "face to face". But, I got to know her over the telephone. This was our first ONR grant, and I had no idea where to start. I called Nancy. She was so sweet and patient. She took me step by step through the initial process, and was always so very helpful and supportive. Anyone who can make me laugh while I am trying to crawl my way through the military's procurement website is a very special person. I always enjoyed talking to her. My heart felt sympathy goes out to her family and friends who had the joy of knowing her personally. She was a wonderful lady, and she will be deeply missed by so many people. My prayers are with you. I hope that you will find peace and comfort in your memories of Nancy.
