With a heavy heart I extend my condolences. I know there are no words that can truly ease your sorrow. But just let me say Thank you for allowing us to know Patrick. He always made me smile. I used to think.. How does this kid have enough personality for two people and enough smarts for three. He was my helper and my teacher and a great example for the other boys in scouts with us. Thank you for sharing him with us.

My memory of my only sister's only child is in fact a joyous one as his smile and energy were infectious. I recall us spending a day and a night in Tobago as he was intransit to Trinidad from Atlanta and we had such a wonderful time to the extent that he claimed he was never returning to the US but I soon found that he said that only to try to make his mother "jealous" with his absence. Patrick was as playful as he was serious and was a gentleman par excellence. He will be truly missed by all the Murrays of Trinidad and Tobago. Rest in peace.

Patrick, you will be easy to remember for a lifetime for MANY reasons. For your help when your mother and I would see clients on the mobile clinic AND especially because you kept us laughing in between appointments in the car. You were able bodied, dependable, respectable, and fun! Your compassion for animals and your natural ability with them was admirable. I feel like I have known you for a lot longer than the last 4 years when we met. Your mother and I worked together off and on since 2002 and boy the stories she would tell about you growing up. Most were good, some a little "iffy", and some funny, but all told with pride and love.
You will be missed but never forgotten. I am glad I visited you a couple of times in the hospital. I hope that you were able to hear the songs and words said to you by your mother and others. I pray that you watch over your mom during this time of loss and forever on as she watched over you growing up into a wonderful young man.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me...

Patrick - We loved you and all your quirkiness and your love for animals. I still remember the excitement you exhibited when we were at your house
with you and your mom and you were so excited with kittens. I remember all of the good and rough times in Scouts and how grown up you had gotten when we last saw you. And your mom was proud of you and your work at the Vet's Office and so were we all. Rest in peace.
To Paula, we LOVE you and are so grateful for all you did for our Poopster and while our heart aches for you and cannot fathom the depths of your pain, we are so grateful to John for having met you and married you. Our prayer for you is that John will continue to keep you safe and strong and that he will likewise stay safe and strong. We love you all,
Jenny, Jeremy and Nicholas
