Family-Placed Death Notice
HORAN, Peter Peter Michael Horan of Alpharetta, GA died Saturday, November 29, 2008. Born in Pensacola, Florida, March 4, 1965, he graduated from Walton High School in Marietta and later graduated from Auburn University on a Naval ROTC scholarship. He is survived by his wife Michelle, mother, Pat Horan, father, Jim Horan, of Vail, CO, sisters, Marybeth Cooper and Jennifer Favors, his twin brother, Jim and four nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 at St Brigid's Catholic Church in Alpharetta. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society at Saint Brigid's Catholic Church in Alpharetta. Arrangements by R.T. Patterson Funeral Home 770-923-2940

I knew Pete a few years before he moved to Florida. A mutual friend kept me up on news from Pete since then. This last news hurts. I feel very lucky and blessed to have gotten to know Pete and his positive effect on me will stay with me forever. Pete is dearly missed.

It is with great pain I write this message of condolence. Your family was our family as we all grew up together in the little community of Meadowchase/Princeton West. As I sit in front of this computer I visulize Peter hitting a powerful serve or a return with the power of a pro. He was a handsome young man with a great personality that gave us a lot of joy and will be dearly missed.
You all must keep the faith in the coming weeks and months as we support you with our blessing and prayers.
