MENSAH, Regina Celebration of life for Mrs. Regina H. Mensah of 520 James Ridge Lane Stockbridge, Ga. 30281 will be held Friday, November 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from Ray of Hope Christian Church Chapel, 2778 Snapfinger Rd. Decatur, Ga. with Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale, and Rev. Helen P. Branch officiating. Remains will lie in state from 9:00 a.m. til the hour of service. Visitation services will be held TONIGHT from 7:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Gus Thornhill's Funeral Home, 1315 Gus Thornhill Jr. Dr. East Point, Ga. Interment Westview Cemetery. She leaves to cherish: husband Mr. Kofi Mensah, children, Reggie Allen, Russell Robinson III (Joi), Christiana Morris (Karl), Angela Robinson, Louisa Mensah, grandmother Beatrice Grants, aunt Annie Brandon, (3) brothers, Brian Huggins, Raymond Huggins, and Robert Huggins II, mother-in-law Augustine Okyere, 3 sister-in-laws, 2 brother-in-Iaws, other relatives and close friends. The cortege will assemble at 520 James Ridge Lane, Stockbridge, Ga. 30281 at 10:00 a.m. GUS THORNHILL'S FUNERAL HOME, INC. 404 768-2993-4

My condolences to the family members of my Dear Friend Regina. I met Regina in 1997. She became my very good friend of 3 yrs. We lost touch because I relocated to Florida. I have been searching for Regina, but was never able to find her..Not on FB. Eventually I stopped looking... years passed by. Then today (3/31/23) I´m sitting in my living room and my Spirit says look for Regina...OMG !! I saw the info in Google!! I still can´t believe ReRe is RIP... My name is Maria. May God continue to Bless the Family. This is my closure...

To Angela and family. I have many pleasant memories and time spent with my sister Regina and family. I will forever miss her kindness,laughter,words of wisdom, and wonderful frienship. God Bless the family.

I need not tell you the pain I feel from the loss of my dear friend and sister Regina. We shared so much and laughed even more. She fought a good battle and stayed upbeat even when it was difficult. I am so glad our paths met and will forever cherish our friendship. Rest in peace my friend and know that you are loved.

We shared many laughs, dinners, and gatherings; today we share your loss. Our loss is certainly Gods gain. We lost an amazing woman of God one of faith, strength and character. Regina trusted God in everything and during this difficult time, we must do the same. We will dearly miss our great friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. The Bible tells us there is a time for everything; and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, with the tears streaming down our faces; we will still bless the Lord.
