I worked for Joe for almost four years in the late 1980's and I still have fond memories of that time period. He played a very important role in my career and I always appreciated the time he took to help develop me. Joe expected a lot from all of those that worked for him. You had to earn his respect. But once you did, he would do anything to help you. And it goes without saying that all of us that worked for Joe respected him greatly. I also considered him a very good friend.
Karen and I have Martha Ann and the entire Ridley family in our thoughts and prayers.
He was a very good man and he will be missed greatly.
God bless Joe Ridley

My dear Martha,
My heart and prayers are with you. Will miss Joe and his chuckle at the bowling center. But he will keep on rolling that ball in heaven. Keep smiling and take one day at a time...
Love and prayers,
Diane D Jett
