Today, Sam Dayton crossed my mind as it has a number of times in the past years. This time, however, it came at a time I was on the computer so I did a search for "Sam Dayton Gainesville, GA." I am saddened to hear of his passing. Sam and Beth were always very supportive of me and my family and we held them both in very high regard. I was honored to serve on the board of the GMAPDC for a few years, which Sam led with amazing confidence and insight. He truly loved his country, his family, and his God. Even though I am late to the scene, I send our love and condolences to Beth and the family. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and make His face to shine upon you, and give you peace.
