Saul Gerald Kramer – Boca Raton, Florida died in the Trustbridge, Boca Care Center 9/12/21. Cornell ILR class of 1954, Cornell Law (Law Review) 1959, partner Proskauer Rose LLP. Avid wine lover and collector of art glass. Survivors include: Susan Shaber (wife) Boca Raton, Florida; Eileen H. Kramer (daughter) Decatur, Georgia; Harvey L. Kramer (son) Denver, Colorado; and Henry Kramer (brother), Ithaca, New York. Shiva/open house with light, dairy refreshments at Eileen Kramer's home, 3083 Cedar Brook Drive. 9/17 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 3:00- 6:00 PM, 9/19 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00-9:00 PM, and 9/20 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 3:00-6:00 PM. Burial of ashes will occur at a later date.

Please accept my condolences. I worked with many of the partners at Proskauer. I remember Saul fondly. Despite his senior level, he always treated staff with respect. After he retired to Florida, he would always stop by my office to say hello when visiting the firm.
