Family-Placed Death Notice

Sharazon L. Walters Amos, died May 13, 2004 after a long illness. Born in Gary, Indiana on January 22, 1950 to William T. and Rosetta Olison Walters (both deceased). She graduated in 1978 from Indiana University in Nursing. She moved to Atlanta and worked for many years as a respiratory therapist, a paramedic and monitor technician. Surviving are her husband of 15 years, Anthony Amos, siblings, William Jr., Reginald, James, Cherie, Charlene, Venice and Darlene, children, Lolita, Robin, Michelle (deceased), Erica, Regis, Giorgio and Erin, 14 grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews, and all her friends and co-workers. The viewing will be held on Friday, May 21, 2004 from 6-9 p.m. and the funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2004 at 1 p.m. at the Horis A. Ward, Stone Mountain Chapel, (at Five Forks Trickum Rd.) 1355 Rockbridge Rd., Stn. Mtn., GA. 30087. 770-381-5722.

Please accept the sincere condolences, that I extend to all of you, on behalf of the Gary, Indiana, Bethune Elementary School, alumni, Class of 1962, in memory of our classmate, Sharazon Lolita Walters.

May her Soul, through the Mercy of God, Rest In Peace.

Sharazon was our classmate at Gary Bethune Elementary School, from 1957 to 1962.
