Family-Placed Death Notice
KASERIC, Sharon Sharon Ann Sturm Kaseric, 59, of Tucker, GA., died Wednesday, November 30, 2011. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, December 3, 2011, at Mercer University, in the Cecil B. Day Hall Auditorium at 3001 Mercer University Dr., Atlanta, GA., 30341. Sharon is survived by her Husband of 36 years George Kaseric of Tucker, Sons and Daughter-in-Law; Jacob Kaseric of Atlanta, Paul and Michele Kaseric of Lilburn, Brothers and Sisters-in-Law and Sisters and Brothers-in-Law; Dr. Michel and Diana Sturm, Katy and Dick Omlor, Margaret Sturm, Fred and Mary Sturm, Joseph and Allison Sturm, Barbara and Bill Berghoff, Paul and Kelly Sturm, John and Laura Sturm all of Fort Wayne, IN., and 28 Nieces and Nephews. I grew up with Sharon as my neighbour; she was a lot of fun and always had a smile on her face.Her memory will stay with me. To Sharon's family: As an adjunct instructor for Mercer U's CCPS, I have been so blessed to have known Sharon and to have received her kindness and helpfulness every time I walked into her office. Whether my need was large or small, it mattered not to her. Sharon was gracious and efficient to everyone who came through her office door. Her smile and her laughter were so welcome and infectious that I often stopped by just to say "hello" for a moment when I arrived on campus before my class. What a fun person she was! I will miss Sharon tremendously, but my memories of her will stay in my heart always. She truly has touched my life in such a special way; I will forever remember from Sharon the impact one can have on a person's life by simply and sincerely giving just a few moments of one's time to another. What a beautiful difference Sharon has made in so many lives at Mercer U. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.
