I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Steve in March of 2016, and immediately felt like I had met an old friend. He garnered respect from everyone he met, and let you know where you stood with him. He will be forever remembered as "Boss Hog" to me, and the short times that I got to share Hog Heaven with him will always be among my favorite memories. I know where he is, and I know he is rejoicing. I grieve for the family he let me know that he loved. My sincere condolences.
