Ted will indeed be missed but he will never be forgotten. Seems like everyone either worked for Ted or wanted to work for Ted. He was a great mentor and friend.
If you ever pointed your finger at someone and said, "now there was a person who loved life and lived it to it's fullest," you would be pointing at Ted.
So sorry for the family's loss but so happy for their blessing in having Ted as a husband, father, grandfather and brother as well. I know I am a better person because I knew Ted Boyd.

Ted will always be remembered by not just because he had the faith to hire me in 1965 but because the example he demonstrated of how to be a father and a husband. Our paths did not cross on a daily basis but when they did the talk always moved to family and the accomplishments of our children.
I have never met David but I still have vivid memories from stories told by Ted regarding David in Ice Hockey, road cycling and his challenges of life. By this time his daughters had moved on with their lives so the reports were not as detailed.
The best advice Ted gave me was "Remember the best investment you can make is in yor children."
God Bless the Boyd family, remeber to celebrate the life he lived because I fell God has a Guardian Angel assignmnet for Ted Boyd
