Family-Placed Death Notice
Funeral services for Mr. Tommy Lee Whitehead of 3018 Laguna Dr. Decatur will be held Saturday, April 26, 2003 at 1 P.M. at Woodward Baptist Church, 1109 Hollywood Rd.N.W. Rev. Otis Byrd, Sr., pastor. Interment Crestlawn Cemetery. Remains will lie in state at 11 A.M. Survivors are wife, Mrs. Shirley Whitehead, three sons, Mr. Tommy Whitehead, Aundrea B. Whitehead and Mr. and Mrs. Sherod Wipple, mother, Mrs. Johnnie Mae Hunter (J.C.), six grandchildren, two sisters, Ms. Eva Mae Love, Mrs. Barbara George of Providence, RI, one brother, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dawson and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the residence at 11 A.M. Edwards & Sons Mortuary Inc, 3318 Glenwood Rd. Decatur, 404-289-8601.

It was an honor to work with Tommy Lee at Monarch Wine Company of Georgia. A man of upstanding character, he instilled his honesty, warmth, and kindness to all who knew him. Thank you, Tommy Lee for touching our hearts. You will be greatly missed.
