Tricia Lynn Petefish, 32, of Loganville died Friday.
The memorial service is 4 p.m. Sunday at East Gate Fellowship, Loganville.
Mrs. Petefish was a member of East Gate Fellowship and participated in Bible Study Fellowship.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Louis Petefish; two children, Jonathan Petefish and Kinley Petefish, both of Loganville; mother and stepfather, Sherry and Dick Smith of Oklahoma; father and stepmother, Gary and Malinda Cain of Oklahoma; four siblings, Terry Templeton, Steven Templeton and Diana Hartman, all of Kansas, and Sandy Estabrook of Arizona; half sisters, Tracy Toumberlin and Tamara Cain, both of Missouri; and grandmother, Lorraine Cain of Kansas.
Memorial gifts may be sent to the Tricia Petefish Family Trust Fund, c/o Wachovia Bank, 4327 Atlanta Highway, Loganville, GA 30052.
Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Snellville is in charge of arrangements.
