MR. WARREN CANDLER TURNER JR. Mr. Warren Candler Turner, Jr., age 82, of Cumming, died Tuesday, November 21, 2006. He was a retired member of the IBEW. He had retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve as a Chief Petty Officer. He was a 4th degree Knight of Columbus and a member of the Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Margaret and parents, Daisy J. and Warren C. Turner, Sr. Survivors include wife, Mary Stretch Turner, Cumming; children, Michael and Alison Turner, Alpharetta, Catherine Strickland, Cumming, Christine Turner and Jo Stearns, Atlanta, Patricia and Rob Aikman, Fairbanks, Alaska; grandchildren, Jason and Alexandra Turner, Emily and Drew Strickland, Hannah and Ali Hadaway, Alex and Anna Stearns-Bernhart; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret T. (Peggy) and William Owens, Sr., Suches, GA; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives also survive. Funeral Mass will be Said Saturday, November 25, 2006, 2 p.m., Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Father Peter Rau, Father Richard Morrow. Visitation one hour prior to service at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Cumming, GA. Interment at a later date.
